"The good, the bad and the ugly. The good - Vic is super kind, I found Kim and the rest of the staff to be as well. They were as responsive as I needed them to be. The contract process was straightforward, no unexpected charges, and everything was outlined and explained in terms of my options. They installed sooner than promised, and they did it fast, so that was pretty cool. The pool is holding up, we're on year 3 and no complaints. The ugly - They do leave you with a landscaping nightmare when done. BUT to be honest I don't know what to have expected. The reality is that they do have to dig earth to level the pool, and they have to dig a trench for electrical. I guess I didn't realize how much of a mess it would be, so the excitement was quickly reversed when I saw what I was left to handle. The bad - The electrician dug the trench, ran the wires and left the trench. Um...not cool. They then sent some young kids out the next day, maybe? to quasi-fill it. But it was a really bad job, at best. It took probably 40-60 hard man and tractor hours to clean up the mess, tamp the land and lay the stone. So....if you're going to get a pool, just know you're going to be left with some (maybe a lot of) landscaping to do afterwards to get that picture perfect look you probably saw on their website."

"I have had a pool for the last 40 years the first 10 years we were on are own bought the pool from Namco they put the pool in’ the next 30 years I think it might be a few years less but 28 years for sure ‘ I have gotten all of my liners from Paradis pools’ I trust them they do a beautiful job there prices are very good, they are very nice and very knowledgeable. You can ask them any question and they can answer it’ it’s a Faimly business father and son will come to your home, u can trust them they will fix anything u don’t like and if they can’t do it they will tell u why’ , I highly recommend them’ MA Lizon"

"From start to finish paradis was different . They came out to discuss the pool prior to giving me a price which no other company would do . They talked me through the entire process and we’re responsive and quick once the pool was in . Will recommend to anyone"

"Even though this is a well established family owned business they only care about the sale. Once they gave your deposit it’s hard to get in touch with them and when you do it’s always a different excuse. Kim, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with and her attitude is appalling. After finally getting our pool installed we were left with a mess to clean up. Far beyond landscaping which they say they don’t do. Piles of dirt, large rocks and roots all left for us to clean up. What homeowner had the equipment to clean up the mess they created with their machinery!! The pool looks fantastic but the aftermath of their work will cost us thousands. We were told by the owner they clean up the property before leaving, unlike their competitors!! Think twice no three times before using this company."

"Do NOT use this pool service! They lie to get the sale regardless of wetland regulations. Our inspector said he would NEVER have approved this pool and now I know why. Our back yard is destroyed and falling into the wetland. Also Kim is so rude, you can hear her screaming on the phone while trying to resolve the issue with the owner. On top of that, they offered no recompense, refunds or anything to rectify the situation. Please please please stay away. She lied and said our closure and pool cover was paid for but it wasn’t. They claim to have the best products but let’s be honest, Namco has a better reputation. Also at this point we paid them over $20K!! And let’s talk about how much they care about your lawn… that trail of dirt used to be grass. Again, no restitution, no offers to help fix or even provide a small discount. Oh and look at that fabulous ladder they delivered to us!! Best products? So exciting!! FYI, I’m being sarcastic. Go anywhere else! Hell go to Leslie’s in Bristol! At least they have a pleasant disposition!"
