"Bought a beautiful vanity from this house through live auctioneers. Prior to shipping the house notified us that they accidentally broke the original beveled mirror. They offered $400 for us to replace it. We accepted the piece, but not the $400 offer, because we wanted to research what the actual cost of replacing a custom beveled mirror would be. We spent weeks researching and getting quotes and the lowest price we could find was $550. We called and told them this information. The response was to refuse to pay the price of the repair and they even denied offering the original $400. These people are completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs."
