"Great experience -good quality as well as huge variety. Sales people did not hover and let us browse without trying to insert themselves yet we’re available if needed. When we were ready Sharon was really helpful, friendly and very professional. She listened to what we were looking for. She was well versed in the inventory and pointed out things we had missed. Definitely our go-to furniture store!"

"Needed a bed and platform. Standing against the machine that measures my body was odd. The salesman provided information about the experience and purchase. Tried out a couple mattresses and chose one. Had a better experience choosing the platform and other furniture. Delivery date secured but email gave a range which worried me. No response from salespeople yet about delivery status. Nice facility."

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience! We walked around the store with our family and were able to take our time while our kids were able to have fun looking and trying out all the furniture. The store was huge with an amazing selection. The customer service was awesome, they were able to answer everyone of our questions, and when we rang the bell, someone was literally there within a minute. I would highly recommend this store to anybody for furniture and customer service!!! The guy, Zeke, that helped us out was Awesome as well! :-)"

"Huge selection of furniture with a wide range of price points. We were shopping for a smaller sectional and we were pleased that most sectionals were customizable in both configuration and fabric choices. Salespeople were abundant and helpful, but not too pushy. I would have rated this a 5 star experience except for one sales associate who gave us incorrect information about the couch we liked and then tried to sell us more expensive couches by dragging us around the entire store looking for other options for nearly an hour! We would have left empty-handed and disappointed if my husband hadn’t asked for a ‘second opinion’ from another salesperson who not only confirmed we could get the couch we originally liked best in the pieces we wanted and the configuration we needed - he completed the sale and saved our day!"

"I purchased a Beautyrest Black mattress which has a 10 year warranty on it. This is supposed to be the top of the line mattress about $3000. This mattress now has huge depressions in it on both sides and bows out on the sides. Jordan’s is refusing to replace the mattress because it has a stain on it. They state the manufacturer has a right to refuse to adhere to the warranty because of the stain. The stain is no where near the issue but it is a convenient way for them to not honor the warranty. The customer service representative was nice and polite and offered $400 to assist in purchasing a new mattress. I will never be shopping at Jordan’s for any items again. I only expect them to try to get out of honoring their warranty."
