"Made my decision after months of window shopping at different stores , my family referred me to US furniture and they did not miss ! I love my furniture and loved that although the delivery men couldn’t fit it inside my home . US furniture was able to send a tech that same day to break it down and build it inside my home . Greatest decision I’ve made for furniture , fast shipping, honest people & great customer service no complaints . I will be back for a few more items ."

"Staff was very helpful, they were patient allowing our 5 kids a fun distraction while we shopped and were flexible with price. Delivery was on time and efficient. Couch was assembled with ease and product was exactly what we wanted."

"Initially, we went in this store just to look around. However, after great customer service and a sale we walked away with two new sets. Once we paid for the two couches we were told it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver in which we were disappointed only because we had no furniture in our new home. I received a phone call from Ms.Liz about 2 weeks later asking would we like to receive our two sets that day. OF COURSE. To my surprise it came earlier than expected. liz even called back to confirm they were delivered and set up properly. The delivery guys were quick with setting up the furniture and not leaving any holes or marks on the walls"

"Although we had to wait (which everyone is because of pandemic, shipment delays, etc.) the end result makes us very happy. The couch fits in the space perfectly and looks great. The lovely lady that answers the phone has been super patient with me as I’ve been calling to check on the order over the last few months. From sales to delivery guys, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Nobody tried to push us to buy something we didn’t want. We will definitely come back when we’re ready for some new furniture."
