"DON’T USE!!!! Took my money and never came back after paying him for season cleaning, opening and closing pool! Over charged me for a salt water system that I could’ve bought on Amazon for 1/2 the price. Dropped my cover with leaves in pool which now has cost me over 1K to try to get cleaned along with countless hours of fishing for leave. Ruined my steps, and filter pump. It’s a shame… Although I disliked the way he treats his staff, he had been working for me for a couple years and was responsible. Treated him with the upmost respect and had many conversations with him never thought I’d get burned by him. So disappointing!!"

"Please NEVER use this company. Paul is extreamly unprofessional and does not respond once the job is a quarter done. Pool was suppose to be closed the end of October, pool cover was made upside down and we ended up getting so many leaves in pool. When he finally came with the right cover in December, he never cleaned any leaves out and just threw the cover on. Went back and forth several times with him about not closing right which he never respond after saying he'd be back a few days later. We are now opening our pool and our 5k heater is ruined because he never blew out the lines. Our liner is now green and most likely also ruined. Our lines underground are most likely frozen because it was never winterized. Please pay an actual professional money to open/close your pool, if you use Paul you'll be paying thousands more to fix the mess he left."

"Scam artist. Paid $2,000 for a job months ago. Has yet to do any work and now will not answer phone calls or return payment. Had to get the police involved and have still not been refunded. Check the business page on BBB, I'm not the first. Several other similar complaints with this poor excuse of a "company"."

"Sadly I'm another person who fell victim. I thought we had a good working relationship, helped him out when he fell on hard times, and now I have a pool that's been sitting green for 2 months waiting for him to install a pump. Plus he has $700 for next season. He won't respond to my calls or texts. Crazy because I've worked with him 2 years prior to this and besides not being the best communicator, I didn't have any complaints."
