"TL:DR- Spent thousands at this store, bought a $40 cover that was defective and the manager refused replacement, refund, warranty, district manager contact information and corporate contact information. Had to buy another. Bought a pool in 2022, the pump motor was defective, when I called to have it replaced they said it would take 3 weeks, I called the store they agreed to look it over in case I missed anything and when I brought it back to the shop they couldn't help and when I asked for the district manager number they replaced my motor with a used one in the back. For the 2023 the pool went green, I followed their recommendations to letter and spent hundreds of dollars in chemicals to fix this issue but could never resolve it. At the end of August I bought a pool cover, the "manager" only had their economy covers in stock which is what I buy every single year because by the beginning of the next season the covers have so many leaves and debris it isn't worth reusing. A week later after a few days and nights of heavy rain I went to check the cover and noticed a split in the seam that runs across the top of the cover and water had begun to pool on the top. I called this location and was told to bring it in. After bringing it in the manager told me he couldn't replace it or return it and the warranty didn't cover that specific seam. Baffled, I demanded they do something to correct this defective product and he refused. Telling me I should have stood in the rain to remove the water that pooled during the storm because the cover was not designed to hold water and saying he never recommends the economy covers because of situations like this. I asked for the manager, he said that was him, I asked for the district manager and he said customers purposely have no direct form of contacting them, I asked for corporate's number and was told corporate defers all complaints back to the store manager. Out of options I told the manager I would never return if provided me contact information or offered me a replacement or return, he denied all of my requests. I threw out the cover and bought another at Namco."

"They recommend criminals named Eric Klobedanz E&L construction DO NOT USE THIS criminal who will lie and cheat you out of your money. I’m in the process of taking him to small claims because Leslie’s felt that it was ok to recommend someone who does terrible work and tried to steal money from people without actually having done any work. Won’t pick up your phone calls or return texts and Leslie’s associates themselves with this fourth rate dishonest contractor. Will NEVER do business with or recommend Leslie’s pool to anyone seeing as how they don’t have the best interest for their customers."

"The store itself is A+++. Seriously !!!. Clean, well lighted, well stocked, and professional staff. Ryan ! Ryan !! Ryan !!! That is the go to guy for your pool troubles. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I've been trying to recover a black watered pool and dealing with a combination of Namco and Galvin Pools for over a month. They kept selling me different products to try / use over the course of 1.5 months without success. Ryan's knowledge is what finally made it happen. He paid attention to my problem and we set up a plan of action which in a few days was a successful, swim-able clear pool. 2 big thumbs up to him for his professionalism and knowledge."

"I've been to a lot of Leslie's and this one is my far the best one I've been to, Roger is SO helpful, we had quite a few issues with our pool. He was able to figure out the problem and it wasn't a total hassel or expense. We love all of the pool floats we get there, they last an entire summer when others won't even last until July. I highly recommend this store if you're in the area!"
