"Really disappointed. Called the guy and spoke to him over the phone after another water company blew me off. Told me he'd be at my house between 9-10 am the next day. We discussed the size of my pool to make sure he had the right water amount and everything. An hour after he should have shown up I call him. He had the wrong address for me, never called to clarify with me and then when I told him my address again he told me it was too far and he doesn't come that far. Frustrating and wish we could have established that before I made plans."
