They talked us through everything we needed to know as first-time spa owners. By Monday morning the owner already called to set up an assessment visit of our property. "Awful service. Employees had no idea what they were doing. They literally took the cover off my pool and never completed the opening. Owner was extremely rude when asked if they were coming to complete the job. He made a comment about how a pool opening can take up to three weeks to complete. Had to tell them not to return. This is how they left my pool."

"Had a replacement liner done by Jonathan and his crew. Very professional and I really liked his staff. Did a real nice job. Even with the virus going on they were able to finish the job in a timely manner. Fair pricing. Highly recommend."

"I had used this company for about two years with various results. Each time was for my hot tub (which is older so I knew it would need work from time to time). Each time went pretty good, but communication was usually slow and I didn't always know when they were coming out so I could have someone there. The last time was to fix an overheating issue. I called for help in early June.. I was told they were backed up with pool fixes and it would be a couple of weeks (understandable). After a couple of weeks I heard nothing and needed to call back when I wast told they were still backed up and spas were not a priority in the summer. The last time I heard from them was early July when I was told I would hear back in a week when they could come out. I was not contacted again until today (9/20) over too months later. I ended up using another company. Hydrocare is friendly and have good prices (one of the few that do not charge for coming out just to assess the issue), but communication is an issue."

"Jonathan the owner will rip you off and ruin your pool. He is a sweet talker. I used him for 1 year. He opened my pool and lost most of my parts of the pool. When he closed my pool he made me pay for the parts he lost. Not only that but he ruined my vinyl bed liner on my pool and now I am losing water. I had the pool repaired at $3000 cost from another company due to him running my pool. Please do yourself a favor call another company, he will not only rip you off but he will ruin your pool or spa. after I confronted him about the damages he said oh well get another company to fix it. I am going thru courts with him as of right now. I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THE OWNER JONATHAN, I have all my messages between me and him saved up if anyone wants I can show you the convo I had with him, that will show you what kinda Mickey Mouse company he runs!!!"
