"We contracted Picture Perfect for a second time because they were so great to work with the first time when we moved into our new house 9 years ago and needed full landscaping design help. At that time, Ron met with us and made several suggestions on the design, then we met at the nursery to review plantings. Everything went so well, we knew immediately that when we needed to create privacy from a new development behind our property, we would work with them again. Kim was great with so many ideas and questions, tailoring the design to suit our tastes and desire for something that was beautiful and gave us a natural "screen" from new homes around us. She was in constant communication sending me photos of possible trees, pricing, suggestions and overall just EVERYTHING to make sure we got what we wanted. Ron came and did a full walk through with us to review the plan, make suggestions, tweak some details and really was wonderful! "An amazing experience from start to finish! My wife and I wanted a professional touch for some updated plantings/landscape design in front of our house. After a friendly visit to get a look at the space and a feel for what we were looking for, Kim sent us a 3D youtube model of some example plant layouts and how the final product would look. She was able to substitute out some more expensive plants to keep within our target budget and it was so helpful to see in the 3D model that it wasnt going to compromise the overall quality at all. The crew that completed the work was so friendly and professional and made sure it matched the planned layout exactly. They were able to transplant and move some existing plants worth keeping so that they better fit the new layout design and completed the whole job in less than half a day!
