"I had several issues with the hot tub and pool. They never solved my pool issues , one of their repair person gave me wrong information that caused the Polaris to explode and now they want me to pay for a new one.They cause more issues then they solve.They are terrible and would never recommend them."

"This pool company came highly recommended by the people that installed my pool. We hired Gold Coast to do our weekly maintenance and our closing for last summer. This summer my husband and I opened the pool and discover the crack in the pipe (pictures attached) and came to the conclusion that the pipes were not fully blown out for the closing causing the pipe to crack over winter. We also got other pool companies to tell us their conclusion, which was the same. Water freezes in the pipe causing the pipe if not blown out correctly to crack. So after emailing and phone calls back and forth to Gold Coast, they stated it was not their fault and they would not fix the pipe. Not an expensive fix but just something that could have easily been taken care of by the company if they just took some accountability. So I would never recommend this company to anyone. Maybe they got to big and don't care about losing a client. Gold Coast didn't care at all, so I'm just spreading the word, so other pool owners don't have to deal with this."
