"What always drew me to Hot on Bank was how skilled all the teachers are and how much they care about proper alignment with the physical practice, as well as, discernment in the mental practice. "Classes can get a bit more full than other but besides that great place. I want to try out the other location maybe different instructors. I find that some have a different flows to the class also some are better at talking you though every little thing and while others will show you. I always try to take one improvement away from every class. This week was placement of my arms and how my head should be for a head stand. Update time.. The instructor always said only give 70% and I'm like why I can do better but now I understand. Listen to your body not ego. You can always do better with time. Please consider adding a juice bar or some type of protein shake nothing crazy 2 maybe 3 fresh local ingredients just something for my body right after a good class."
