What I love about J Fitness is, it's clean, has all the equipment you will ever need, is rarely over-crowded, and the staff is friendly and top-quality. I valued the free, 60-min personalized training session. I'm loving the yoga classes, all of which are included in a monthly fee. You sign up with a promotion which adds value right away. I highly recommend this gym."

It has everything I need (great variety of classes, kind and knowledgeable instructors, a nice pool for training) and I never have to wait for a machine. "The J is the best kept secret in Fairfield County! This gym is small, friendly and well maintained. The Olympic sized pool is a warm 84 degrees and offers H2O classes weekly. A mixture of aerobic and strength & conditioning classes are taught by professional fitness trainers and you can complete a workout with a sauna and shower! The J has been the best investment I made in myself!"
