She has the mat laid out for me by the time I got there, it was such a relaxing environment. Just make sure to head there early because it is a little confusing to find. "I love Middle River Yoga! It’s a unique class each week, which I haven’t found in other studios in the past. Shelly asks what we want to work on, and tailors the class to that. It’s a beautiful studio, with wonderful wood floors and a lovely window out onto the river, and friendly lighting during class. I am unafraid to fail in this class as people go at their own pace and do what they can. The pricing is extremely reasonable, and they have classes every day so I was able to find a time that worked for my schedule. Every Wednesday I get a wonderful sense of calm and relief from muscle tension after yoga with Shelly! Thank you!"
