"I recently had my first kickboxing class with Pierre and it was everything I hoped it would be and more. Super welcoming staff from the moment you walk in the door, ready to answer any questions and make you feel comfortable. Constantly giving your encouragement to kick butt throughout the class. I was dripping in sweat by the end of the session but felt so great. I would highly recommend coming here for a chance to get a good sweat session in and relieve some stress."

"I liked the atmosphere of the gym. The instructors were friendly and supportive of me and my goals. I think they create a fun environment where they will still push you to meet your goals. The workouts are hard for me but I know they’ll help me more than a regular gym would. The class schedule also works well for me since they have classes at all times of the day. They have plenty of heavy bags and exercise equipment that are available to members throughout the day."

"Everybody at this place is super nonjudgmental and it’s very beginner friendly. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcome, and I really feel like this is a great release for whatever you have going on in your life. It’s definitely more oriented towards working out and feeling good. The men to women ratio is about 50-50- it’s also a great place to make friends and meet people. I would highly recommend it."
