"I went to donate baby boy cloths and Halloween costumes. Before I dropped off they never told me I had to have the original bag for the costumes and that they were not accepting boy cloths. (I had called before going) I couldn’t make it back on time to pick up so I decided to leave it to “donate” but I should have taken it somewhere else to have it actually donated because I know for fact they are going to sell the cloths! Will never go there!"

"I got $5.40 for a whole bag of clothes. It's a scam. They claim they give this little because they sell clothes cheaper. Every item on the rack was from $6 and up. Not worth it. Better to leave the clothes outside your house and give it someone who really needs it. You spend more on gas to get to the store than what you can get for a whole bag of clothes."

"Went to try to sell some old baby clothes and kids clothes that were beautiful and near new condition. When there we were told they dont take anything over 4 years old and that they prefer designer labels. Never going there again."

"Upon reading the reviews I was hesitant to check this place out but it sooo happy I did. My son (4 months old) and I went at about 10 am. We had a small bin of clothes. The drop off was super simple you sign your name and they tell you the wait time. They even give you the option of picking up the items at 6pm. The wait time was only an hour so we decided to shop. A lot of people do drop off things and the drop off section did get busier as we were shopping. The clothing selection was amazing. We found so many name brand clothes for cheap prices. The staff was super nice the whole time. My son was giggling at them and they were having a grand old time with him. After my clothes were checked I didn’t except to get much but my little bucket ended up earning me $30 which was awesome because i definitely picked out a whole bag full of clothing from the racks. "This place is horrible, treated me so badly after I spent over $50 buying things for my baby & I also brought really nice things to buy back which I do all the time. This place has gotten super disorganized and the staff are becoming so nasty / rude. I called and spoke to the manager Julianna at 11:45AM. I told her I was on my way & my GPS said 12:05PM. She said she it was no big deal & told me to still come in. When I arrived I signed in with my BEST-FRIEND at 12:09PM. It was my friends 1st time at the store & I told her so many nice things about this place because I been here a few times before & I have also have gone to other locations on Longisland & in Florida…My friend has a sister that’s 2years old and my daughter is 3yrs old so we figured we would walk in together. When we arrived 3employees asked if we were related & we said no we were friends & decided to take one car & go together. We explained this to her about 3x we were only friends, We also explained it was my friends 1st time & how excited I was to show her around store…We even offered to show ID’s. The manager Julianna totally Embarrassing us infront of other customers in the store. When explaining again that we we’re friends..we weren’t related and we bought different sized clothing and different toys. A lot of the things were new & unused. We even offered to donate them. Babyshower games,UGG winter boots, jackets NEW with tickets Carter’s clothes and awesome Montessori wooden toys for toddlers/babies. I was so disappointed and unsatisfied with the service. I was so sad and told the manager I wanted to speak to the owner & told her how unhappy I was with the service and she told me “IM SORRY, IF YOU DONT LIKE THE SERVICE HERE- DONT COME BACK!” her exact words. Again she said this infront of other costumers out load. I simply said okay and she asked me to leave the store. I was mortified and so embarrassed. I will never be returning to this store again they lost a good customer"
