"I love kickboxing is the best! Each class there is always new warmup routines and new kickboxing combinations each class. The energy and music is fire each class! All the instructors are really motivating and great at pushing you to do your best, they really are all just so great and always make me smile. It’s a great way to blow off steam, learn to kickbox, break a sweat and have a great full full body workout with each class. If your struggling going to the gym and staying motivated or just want to try something new, I highly recommend ILKB its a great alternative!"

And I’m just beginning my fitness journey. Although I wasn’t able to do a lot of what was asked.
