"Love this yoga studio!!! It is exactly what the Oxford / Dudley / Webster area needs! The owner, Jean, is always smiling and is so welcoming and generous! All levels are welcome and encouraged. I felt comfortable right away! The selection of classes and workshops are great and expanding. The teachers are fantastic. A very warm and clean environment to learn / practice yoga. I really enjoyed the Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga nidra meditation workshops as well. 5 stars!"
"My friends and I were introduced to this wonderful studio in February when we decided to take a Sound Bath Meditation workshop and were blown away! Jean the owner is so sweet and accommodating and welcomes you to each class with open arms! The class selection is great with lots times that suit our busy schedules. The teachers are all so sweet and encouraging and the studio is calm, immaculate and so relaxing. The 9am Sunday class is a great way to kick off the day and the workshops are all fabulous! If you are thinking about trying yoga or just want a workshop to relax and reset, they have something for everyone! we now all take multiple classes each week!"

It is a studio that is dedicated to yoga and wellness and has offerings 7 days a week which is helpful as it accommodates my schedule with work and family. The teachers are knowledgeable, skilled and helpful. They all offer options for all levels. Everyone has been kind and friendly. The studio is clean, and beautifully decorated. The owner, Jean, is welcoming and her passion for yoga and wellness is clear with all aspects of the studio and classes."
