"Had taken the 8 hours lesson here. Cathy is nice. She would want you to all listen to her because she wants you to know what u should. She wants u to be a responsible driver so u must listen. Would like to learn driving from here but $60 an hour will be hard for me though. Overall i would recommend."
"If you come here to screw around and not take the responsibility seriously, you aren't going to succeed. Nothing taught here is extremely challenging but it is important to know. Great teacher and great staff. You will have a fun and educational experience learning here if you are mature enough to drive."
"My son took several driving lessons at Airway and they did not adequately prepare him for the driving test. Instead of properly preparing new drivers they recommend more classes to put money in their pocket. Would never recommend this driving school to anyone!"
"Driving instructor/owner is very rude and not understanding. She expects children to follow her way of turning or completing tasks, rather than critiquing ones taught at home - there is more than one way to safely and effectively to complete a task. One slight mistake and she hits the instructors brake. She is picky on ways to park, making it stressful, when most parents with children who have received their licenses claim that the DMV doesn't enforce such requirements. Her facility is within the area of many parked cars; my child said that she gets upset when they complete her turns but goes toward the yellow line so they don't hit the car and still give oncoming cars space to travel (they don't cross the yellow line); Kathy wants them to turn and end up in the middle of the lane but I would rather have my child remain near the line and not cross it, while being away from the parked cars, than possibly hitting one. She has said that my child needs to work on driving, while other instructors says they drive fine ... My child has since then taken the road test and passed at the DMV - the reason why my review is posted now. DO NOT bring your child here, mine did fine with at home training!"
