"I bought their grocery store set for $295 direct from their website & paid $20 shipping, only to find it for $139 at target (not even on sale) with free shipping. I emailed them to see if they would price match multiple times and they never so much as returned my email. I will never shop direct with them again. It would have been over $100 to return the item to them. It’s unacceptable to post something on your website for $150 more than everywhere else and it is scamming people out of their hard earned money."

"Grandfather bought grandson wood rings like days of old. In one day a ring broke, paint chipped and base cracked. DANGEROUS. Made in China I do not now trust any of their products. Paint? Do right make them in US and don’t con people with statement that toys comply with US standards. Either they don’t or the standards are weak."
