"Best school if you're looking to get involved with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the Connecticut Shoreline. Xtreme Martial Arts is a Vitor Shaolin Academy affiliate, a 3 time world champion in BJJ and regarded as one of the best grapplers of all time. The owner Jay McMinn is a black belt in BJJ and an accomplished grappler. I have been involved with the school for six months and I'm very happy with my progress.
