"Love Pilates! I’ve been going 3x/week. The unlimited package is the best. Like the class sizes but kinda wish there were 2 “classrooms” to allow more people to attend and a choice of 2 classes for the day. Instructors are great…I do have my favorites though. I love how I know I worked out but I can still move the next day."

These classes don’t feel burdensome, I LOVE doing this for myself and look forward to the variety of classes offered. The benefits for me have not only been physical, I leave after each workout with a calmer mind, stronger body, greater confidence & more peaceful soul. Leaving the stress of the day on the reformer is therapy! The Danbury studio has welcoming staff, clean studio, and a very accommodating schedule. "I joined Club Pilates Danbury when it opened in March. I have never been one to stick to an exercise program, but I am now 86 classes in and LOVE IT!!! When I first started I could not plank due to back issues. The instructors helped me modify and now I am excited to say I can do a full plank!!! I cannot say enough about how nice everyone is at this club. The instructors are so helpful and care about each and every person in class. I am so happy I found Pilates it has now become part of my daily routine. I love this studio so much and all the staff that work there along with all the wonderful women I have met along the way."
