"Leaving five stars after receiving such nice customer service from the lady in the shop. She was happy to show us a bunch of toys and chat with us. Can't wait to show them to our baby. One customer was a super grumpy mom, but they were quite patient... Even with the crazy lady. One thing is that they are a small business so it's hard for some people to understand they can't afford for kids to play with the inventory of toys. Tough to balance need to keep toys from being worn down with being a shop about kids. Might suggest not bringing toddlers in to save any hard feelings."

"Do not shop here. Horrible, horrible customer service. They will not help you and are snobby. I asked where I could find a few items in their store and they acted like I was a burden to them. I am a New born parent who happily spends for my daughter. I have been here several times and each person helping is worse than the previous. I purchased a dress yesterday and was told to get a smaller size because it runs big. I went back today because it was too small and they would not change for the bigger size. Identical dress. I understand that I lost receipt yesterday but they would not help at all. Avoid this place. Go to dennys where the staff help you(and are excited to)."
