"I have been taking Kristy’s Adult Ballet Class for several years. As someone who only started dancing as an adult, I find this to be a great class. It’s not your typical stuffy ballet class that you might remember from childhood! We laugh and have lots of fun and can wear whatever we are comfortable in. Not only will you do all of the basics at the barre and in the center, but Kristy also incorporates additional exercises with bands that make this class an excellent all-around workout! I encourage all ages to give it a try!"
