"We used The Water Drop to fill up our whole pool (6 tanks). They were easy to work with. Shout out to John who was super flexible on changing water delivery dates based on when we were finished getting our pool cleaned. Will use again."
"So accommodating to our unusual delivery situation when no one else would deliver at all. He came when I needed, was kind, professional and priced well under other companies I had talked to."
"Needed water for our pool due to an unexpected leak, the driver was polite friendly and very helpful. We live on a big hill and he was skillfully able to deliver without causing any traffic issue. Would use again!"
"We just started working with "The Water Drop" (pool water delivery company) and they were on time, very professional, and the price was great! We will continue to have ALL our pool water delivered by them. Highly recommend them! Caribbean Clear Pools owner"
"Coastal Carriers has serious personnel and customer service issues. On Sunday May 27, 2018 I had a really bad experience with one of their drivers. While going to the hospital to visit my mother with my 14 year old son we stopped at Flory’s gas station in Yorktown NY for food, gas, and air. One of their driver intentionally trapped my car into the spot. I parked next to a minivan filled with children to put air in my tires. I had pulled into the parking spot design for this purpose and walked around to the air machine to see the price and back into my car to get the money. When I got out of the car one of Coastal Carriers trucks was parked within 2 inches of my back bumper and a cement barrier in front. It must have taken him a lot of effort to get it that close. His purpose was just to be antagonistic. In the end he had to move his truck 10 feet forward to unload the gas. He refused to move. The minivan needed to drive across the lawn to get back onto the road. It wasn’t until I called the police when he eventually moved the truck. He delayed us approximately half an hour. After speaking to Flory’s Corporate office I discovered that it’s not only a problem with this driver but many of their drivers and their customer service department. Do not contract Coastal Carriers to move gas."
