In our beautiful airy studio, we offer weekly classes, workshops, and events to help restore your body and soul. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi, all levels are welcome in our daily classes where our experienced instructors help you build confidence and connect with your body.
Our instructors come from diverse backgrounds but they all share a commitment to kindness and inspiration. We value our community and strive to create a safe space for everyone to evolve. Through monthly gatherings, partnerships with local businesses, and scholarship opportunities, we aim to build authentic relationships and support our community.
At EVOLVE, we believe in the power of community connection and healthy lifestyle choices for our bodies, minds, and the planet. By sharing the wisdom of yoga and other healing modalities, we are dedicated to evolving human existence and promoting interaction with nature, ourselves, and each other. Our goal is to enrich New Milford through yoga classes, nutrition counseling, community service, and genuine relationship building.

Besides how beautiful the studio itself is, the professionalism and communication of Elora Herberick, it’s owner, makes it an excellent business to patron. I always loved how there were classes that fit my ever changing schedule, such affordable packages, and fun events such as the First Friday Forum, New and Full Moon classes, and the rooftop! Couldn’t suggest this place more. Love being a part of the community this studio has created. ❤️"
