"I'm so grateful the gym has been open most of this year! We wear our masks, stay socially distanced, and sanitize everything. RedZone has been one of the few pieces of normalcy this year. Thank you guys!!! [My original review follows] I love it here! I had always wanted to try CrossFit, but was nervous, as I hadn't done anything like this before. Well, everyone was SO welcoming and supportive. The coaches are amazing about explaining things, teaching good technique, answering questions, and helping me scale the workouts for my level (while still pushing me). "I never joined a gym before I joined CrossFit RedZone, and now I am hooked! The coaches are amazing and worked with me to do workouts that were appropriate for my ability, which wasn't much when I started. I learned how to get strength with the proper technique, and now I feel so healthy and strong. In addition to the awesome coaches, the other members of the gym are super nice and supportive too. It has now become our family gym because there are classes for kids as well. I just love RedZone!!!"

In addition, they have the most classes offered each day compared to other CrossFit gyms in the area. Redzone cares about its members, knows how to modify to ensure access to ability-appropriate exercise regardless of your fitness level, and keeps its programming exciting and challenging.
