"We’ve had a contract with a different pool company because our neighbor uses them and we kept them out of convenience. Over the past couple years things in the pool have broken or needed replacement. The filter, the cover and this week the pump. Each time our current company tried to gouge us. We ended up using Groppa for all three. The prices were fair every time. Their customer service was through the roof. Is there actually someone trustworthy in the NY area? I guess we finally found them. I think it’s time we contract with them for our pool services as well. There is a reason they have been the best of Westchester. I don’t think I’ve ever felt good about my pool needing repairs but they’ve come through three times and that does feel good. They deliver. Thank you.
