"No regard for anyone else's time or efforts. Never there when she's suppose to be. Her posted hours mean nothing and if you call she says yep she'll be there. After a lot of work and effort I go with things to drop off and a list of needed items and 'surprise', closed again at 11:55 on a Wednesday in Norwich. it's a 25 minute ride for me one way. Another lady in the parking lot was also aggravated with this repeated conduct. Never again."

"The shop has great prices and nice things, which is great. I did not have as pleasant an interaction with the owner as others on here. Both times she was snippy and just short of rude. I probably won't be back. *EDIT* seeing her reply here just reinforced my opinion. I went to a different kids consignment store in Groton today, and while they had many of the same policies they couldn't have been nicer in their dealings. I recommend you avoid Kidsignments. I worked in retail management for many years, she would have been better served to apologize rather than become defensive over honest feedback. I originally gave her three stars, as I did like the store. I dropped it down to 1 after I saw her response."

"I love Kidsignments! The selection is great and well-organized, and the prices are super affordable. The owner is really nice and perfecly balances being available and helpful without being pushy. There's a reward punch card system, and it's the only place where I've completed the card...twice!"

"This was a tiny shop but full of treasures! They had awesome kids' items and all of them were clean and in good condition. I left with a huge pile of gorgeous clothes and a toy for my 8month old and I felt like I got a great deal on great items. The staff was incredibly friendly as well and although the building was on the smaller side, everything was meticulously organized in such a way that it was easy to find what we were looking for. As much as I would love to keep this gem to myself, I actually do highly recommend this shop!"
