"Like many, I was hesitant about rejoining a gym during these chaotic times. I couldn't be more secure and confident in my choice of gyms having rejoined NMFAC. I've never worked out in a CLEANER environment...ever! One of the owners runs his own cleaning service! I didn't know that. The place is spotless and I can tell that the staff cares about me as much as they do about providing the best and healthiest environment to work out in. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgable, accessible and extremely helpful too. They make everyone feel welcome and comfortable....all levels of fitness are respected and supported too, which is awesome for my "fitness family and home away from home!" Highly recommend this gym."

"This is a fabulous fitness club, I had a one month stay in New Milford area a few month back, I was given a shoot term membership at a great price. every visit is totally enjoyable and memorable experience. the staff are all super pleasant and helpful. the gym has everything you could ever ask for, clean towels provided at the entrance... boxing bag, speed ball, plenty weights and machines, swimming pool, sauna and extremely clean shower..... I wish there is one in Sydney, can't wait to visit again....."

The team were very helpful and flexible. Rachael and the front desk team made us feel welcome and made sure we got the most out of the visits.
