Reviews
"Very special private club foe condo owners"
"Amazing clubhouse for the people living in the community. Well maintained. Offering several swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, a complete gym, sauna, pool tables, nice playground, outdoor kitchen and nice views over the valley. Friendly maintainers."
"Beautiful place. New homes available for purchase. Really nice properties. With family communities in complex. Can contact to find out open houses. Where they allow you to look at mock up houses of the type of home you may have interest in. Can even, detail what amenities you would want to have in your home. Also has a club house for homeowners there fully equipped with pools, work out center, movie room and communriy room to hostal events in. My mother absolutely loved one of the homes she saw."
"This review pertains only to the gym. I have not used the pools or other facilities enough to review. The gym is not great. "Well it cost $50 a month might as well use it". Overall, I don't find what I pay in my HOA for the clubhouse to be worth it all. There are some treadmills and other various cardio machines, but in terms of weights or resistance machines, choices are very slim. There is an incline bench machine, some kind of "multi-purpose" machine with pulleys that can fill a few roles if you're desperate. The leg press is nice to have. The rest are primarily abdominal machines which I find to be of dubious value in any environment. It's about standard for a gym that's not in a gym. Bright spot: I can go here at 4am without driving to my real gym. Overall, a poor value (all things included based on my usage)"
