Reviews
"Staff was extremely helpful. One after another a person would present and the concerns appeared to be resolved! Great job!"
"Orientation was fun! CCSU!"
"If you can, please avoid renting books from here. They rent students books already in bad condition (writing, folded pages, water damage, ect), then charge those students for someone else’s damage. The fees will amount to more than the price of the rental and they do not allow you to keep these “damaged books” even though you’re paying for them twice."
"When to CCSU for History Day 2023. Beautiful campus. The interior of the buildings seemed a bit run down especially the Student Union, the breakfast in the dining hall was good, but lunch was better."
"I am NEVER giving this place business again. I went to return an online book for a dropped class. The lady walked up to me in the window and looked like she couldn’t wait to give me a hard time. She asked what happened to the cardboard. It had a little ragged edge. I told her it came like that. I remember noticing it when I bought it, but figured it was no big deal and usable. I never even scratched the code to use it. She asked me if I had the receipt. I said I used a credit card but I can print out the e mail and bring it back tomorrow. She sarcastically said to me “We are not Target. “. It’s like she was literally enjoying being sarcastic with me and giving me a hard time. The other worker had a shocked look on her face at the way she was talking to me and playing games. I believe they just wanted to keep my money and didn’t want me to return it. Now, I wasted 130 dollars on a class I don’t even need. I am going to let my friends who shop here know about this. I will spread the word. The lady was very sarcastic and rude to me. The heavyset woman with short, dark hair. Looked like a manager. Not sure."
