"I went here for one appointment. The nurse who checked my vitals was very kind, but the doctor I saw was very rude and demeaning. I told him I was concerned about trying a different treatment option because of side effects that could harm my body and mind, which I need for my career. He told me I should try this medication because one of the side effects is weight loss, and I could “really use that.” He also told me that I should switch my as needed anti anxiety med to Xanax, because “Xanax isn’t very addictive.” Never went back, and do not recommend."

"I see Dr. Montes-Rivera here at department of Neurology. He is an amazing doctor with a great bedside manner. He is kind and understanding and always makes sure I am properly treated for my neurological issues. He takes the time to make sure i understand everything and that I am well informed about my issues and medications. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone dealing with neurological issues. A great man and a great doctor."

"First Year I went here was great. Second year started, the same people I saw here the year before had total different personalities. The nurses couldn't get my records so I got them for them. The Dr Matthew said he do papers for social security. Well when he finally got paper's he's like I'm not doing this. The aprn Kyle at last appointment legit said, "Your fat, is there anything you can do to adjust your diet?" My weight doesn't cause me to be out of breath. Muscle issue not weight issue! Never even offered a dietitian referral, nothing! I told him I had muscle pain and weakness I couldn't work any longer than 2 hours doing anything physical. He was soo impressed unlike most guys that can work very hard like 8-12 hours then feel tired/weak from a good days work. Tells me find a different job. LIKE WHAT JOB!!! I can't just go to a college no money, low income. I'm working on getting license but can't afford car. Couldn't even get government grant for school. I had to pay a ride to get to this appointment while snowing. My social worker wasn't available to bring me that day. He wouldn't listen to me. Made me feel like garbage leaving and accomplished nothing!"
