"This HAS to be said. Over the last year North West’s quality has dropped drastically. They either run out of food an hour in, or have some kind of weird chicken or vegan option as the only entree. Super disappointing. Has become super unreliable. It has its good days but they’re becoming more rare. They virtually give up with the menu options for dinner from Friday-Sunday. You can tell the budget got cut or something but some of the employees lack of care is super present. Definitely a select few who do care but overall you can literally taste the lack of effort."
"If you are in the North Part of campus, this is the place to go. That is, if you are near Putnum, you should probably go there. Northwest has decent food most of the time, but it is always better than north!"
