Reviews of Holiday Inn Club Vacations Oak n' Spruce Resort in the Berkshires
"A decent resort complex in the quaint town Lee. The interior and exterior both seem a bit old. There's not much to do, but it would be ideal if you want to spend some quiet family time (or alone time) close to nature. There are a few nice restaurants in downtown area."
"A dang fine location. Excellent history. Fantastic views. Lovely pools, Jacuzzi tubs in master bedrooms. Linens and paper goods in stock, kitchen well appointed with consumables and hardware. Plenty of TV channels, and a lovely mix of visitors. On site free laundrymat available, bring your own detergent. If you have any issues with your room, call up the front desk, and they will happily rectify the situation, from simple stock ups to fully moving you to a new suite! Bar and food services lackluster and overpriced, but what do you expect from a resort? Small arcade, movie theater, and everyday crafts, performances, karaoke, and events. The mini gold course, and basketball court are well used and appreciated. Well marked hiking trail close, and others near as well. Overall, my family loves coming to the mountains, swimming, and just forgetting about life for a while, and Oak and Spruce Resort will remain a cornerstone of our escapes from the grind for years to come."
"We have a nice week staying here as part of our timeshare. These condos are decent, although not as large and updated as the Mt. Ascutney ones were. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing week in the Berkshires, and this place did the job fine. The biggest issue I had, though, was our condo didn't have any desk or anywhere to set up my computer monitor for work in the evenings. Fix that, and I could give it 5 stars."
"The rooms are big & mattresses are comfortable. Just wish they would leave a couple of extra garbage bags in the units! Other than the noisy family directly above us stomping on the floor all hours of the night... The hot tubs & pools are very well maintained! They have miniature golf, sand volleyball, basketball court & tennis courts. Beautiful property."
"It's a huge complex of different rooms and condos. We had a nice 2 bedroom on the second floor and NO elevator. The carpet was very dark brown and ugly. Yes it was clean but somewhat outdated. Parking was great. It's close to everything and the Divine Mercy Shrine. We did not use the pools etc. The rusty bridge was are landmark for the road."
