"I was trying to ask for the help of the shop assistant at the Westport, CT store to order a different size of a suit I returned to the store because it was too big. After brief checking, he said he was very sure that they don’t make the suit in the petite size. I was very confused as when I was at home, I remembered I saw the petite size and that was what prompted me to return the non-petite suit. I was trying to confirm with him again and told him I saw it available at home. He was very assertive. I had to order the suit online myself using my phone in the store and I told him I did it myself. He didn’t apologize at all and I got offended. I think that’s a good example of poor customer service and I won’t go back to this store at Westport."

"There was a very nice lady named Zoe who was very helpful. I have to say though, when I didn't have a receipt to return something they said no you can't exchange that. Then they checked my email and said that the last time I purchased something was 2016! I was here two weeks ago and they still have the same clothes I was trying to return! Unbelievable! Jeannette was the cashier who didn't let me return. Zoe was amazing!"
