"I visited Valley today for the first time with my 16 month old daughter who was eager to explore. Both the retail portion and the play area were clean and orderly. I was told I couldn’t come in because I didn’t have a mask, which I understood, so I kindly asked if they had one for me since I forgot mine in the car. They did not. I don’t mind the mask requirement, but most stores who require them always have some on hand for guests. I also inquired about play group sessions and drop ins, but the woman at the desk did not seem educated about what they offered. She was not helpful, almost like she could care less. There was not one person in the store, but her and I and she kept looking down and telling me to check the website for information. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with my experience as I don’t feel the customer service was up to par. Very un accommodating. I won’t be back. I wish them luck at the shoppes but after seeing the place completely empty, unless they improve, I’m not sure they will be around much longer."
