Update: OneKey's staff and I had a heart to heart discussion. With the kind help of Laverne, we were able to come to an agreement. It remains to be seen what transpires over the next few months. I have raised my review to 3 stars. Perhaps I can raise it even higher."

"I can’t rate their service because they would not contact me back to see if i wanted their service. I filled the form on their website and left a message. No calls were returned. Might’ve avoided a disaster if this is how they treat potential new properties to manage."

"I had a horrible experience with a real estate agent in this office. Denise Goban was in my home back in August of 2021. We did not list the home with Denise because she rushed through my house and gave me a over priced amount to sell my house. My house would never get approved for a mortgage with that price but Denise did not care about that. After my husband and I spoke about how we did not like Denise to be out agent, we let her down gently. She seemed ok via text message but that was quite the opposite. Denise Goban called the town of Hempstead on my home 5 days later claiming several false accusations as well as saying my house was unsafe. Because all of this was false, we passed inspection and all we had to do was put smoke detectors in a few rooms. I want to warn everyone to not even let Denise into your home or even your personal life. She is vicious when she doesn’t get her way. I have been in touch with NYS and I will do everything in my power to get Denise’s license revoked. I have proof that is was Denise Goban that called the town of Hempstead on me. In the end, we did amazing on selling our home despite Denise’s attempt to bring down the sale of my home."
