She makes sure you will have a wonderful experience. We stayed at Casa Buena Vida in January and it was incredible. Jennifer from Casa Bay communicated with my friend and me from day one, and recommended the perfect house, of their many properties, for our stay. Jennifer responded immediately to emails and was thorough in her planning, and always responded with customer service in mind. When we arrived at the house, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. Juan, the house concierge, arranged anything we wanted including transportation to a restaurant in town and in-home massages; when we expressed interest in going on a hike in a small fishing village, Juan arranged for a private boat ride and guided horseback to a waterfall, which was so much more than we asked for. The cooks made delicious food twice a day, and were so friendly and attentive to our needs. I would absolutely stay here again."
