"We were introduced to Dorothee and Nicolas through our real estate agent. We live in Europe and did not have the time to travel back to furnish the home we bought. Snowbirds agreed to assemble all the furniture we had ordered online, install a generator, alarm system, internet, jacuzzi, gym and so much more without us ever having to physically be there. When we arrived 3 months later, we walked into a perfect home. Dorothee and Nicolas not only stop by on a weekly basis and make sure that our very messy college daughter comes back to a perfectly cleaned home, they fix small things that my daughter breaks, make sure the jacuzzi is clean, the garden looks good and send us photos of mail that arrives at the house. They picked up a car that we ordered, made sure it was registered and insured, provided us with a less expensive coverage for our house...and we have probably failed to mention half of all the other services they have provided for our daughter without us knowing. We have never heard a "no" or "this is too difficult" from them. They have always made everything happen. We definitely do not take the services this lovely couple provides for granted. We have never seen anything like it and could not be more grateful. They are kind, genuine, efficient and make it easy to own a home away from home! Thank you Dorothee and Nicolas!"
