"I delivered food to the girls basketball coach. Not only did he made me wait 10-15 mins out in the cold. He didn't answer his phone, gave me the wrong direction of where it needed to be delivered, then proceeded to get mad at me because I didn't bring cups and plates....I didn't because, it wasn't instructed to do so on the slip. After I politely apologized and did "fix" his order, he didn't tip me for an order that was over $60."
