"Corpus Christ is a phenomenal school! From the staff to stellar academics, from great families to a real sense of community, I am extremely satisfied. My child is safe, happy and flourishing academically. I am a virtus trained volunteer and give back as much as I can. I thank God for Corpus Christi School and am very happy that I gave my child the gift of a spiritually filled education. We have been here since second grade with no regrets!"
"We feel the most important gift we can give our children is the foundation of faith. We also believe that being educated in a Christ-centered atmosphere is best for their overall growth. The mission of any religious school is to form the whole child and it goes beyond the academics and includes building the moral and spiritual fabric of the child. Corpus Christi not only helps lay that foundation, but they work to strengthen it. They begin and end their day with prayer, attend masses throughout the year, and pray the rosary together. Our children see their teachers and parents working together as a community. The staff at Corpus Christi is extremely dedicated and we are impressed with the academic challenges and rigor. While many school system have strayed from teaching basic skills, Corpus has maintained a focus on those key traditional learning skills and have blended new 21st century skills seamlessly. In addition to academic excellence, Corpus has an outstanding music program second to none, and a competitive sports program. We feel that Corpus has prepared our children for high school and beyond and continue to recommend this path to families faced with this critical decision."
"After having three children graduate from Corpus I can honestly say that I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again. The leadership, faculty and staff are all exceedingly capable and caring individuals. They insure that each child receives all that is necessary to reach their full potential. The strong academics coupled with the religious education have positioned our children with the tools they needed to not only be successful at the next level but to be successful in life. If you're looking to provide your children with an advantage they can take with them for the rest of their lives, provide them with an education from Corpus Christi School."
"We have found this to be an exceptional learning environment for our children. We have had 4 children attend Corpus Christi School, three have graduated having attended from Pre-K though 8th and one still attends. They have been challenged academically as well as learning the importance of giving back to society. The science and math programs are rigorous but when your student gets to high school they will be prepared. Also, vocabulary and grammar are a big part of the academics and have served our children well. This school is a hidden gem filled with learning and a sense of community."
"Corpus Christi School was a great place for me. After graduating, I continued my education at a very competitive private high school. At first, I was concerned about how I’d compare with other students who had come from larger, more prestigious, and more competitive day schools. I was worried because I was the kid from the parochial school who spent 9 years at the same place. However, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The transition to honors math and science was seamless. Even though I hadn’t been at a STEM or magnet school, I tested out of Algebra and was placed in Honors Geometry. The material was challenging, but I was very well prepared. I felt the same way in my Physics class. When I was at Corpus Christi, there were many times when I bemoaned the large amount of homework, thinking, “Why do I have to do so many Algebra problems? Why is the Science teacher so insistent about how a lab should be written?” However, as I realized later, those hours were well spent. Corpus Christi also prepared me well for my English classes. Whereas many of my peers hadn’t previously taken dedicated grammar and vocabulary assignments, I did. Sophomore year, my classmates and I had to take a mandatory grammar proficiency test. In the weeks before, the English classes spent a considerable amount of time reviewing for the test. My teacher often joked that she thought I had better grammar skills than she did; pretty ironic for the student from the small Catholic school. Perhaps the greatest lessons I learned at Corpus Christi School weren’t taught in the classroom, but rather on the playground, in the gym, at Student Council meetings, and in Church. Corpus Christi School taught me that everyone has value, no matter what their background, religion, or ability is. Going to high school, and now college, with kids from around the world, I feel grateful for the experiences I had at Corpus Christi School – learning, playing, and maturing into the person I am today."
