"The director and assistant director are terrible. The looks are unapproachable, inappropriate, and unprofessional. You are dealing with children. If this is the vibe you want to give off go work in a different field. I think it’s disgusting the way things are handled here. The cliques of teachers more concerned talking amongst themselves at drop off in the morning about what they did the night before, unnecessary. I also think the neglect of the children’s needs first is remarkable. I’m sure the owners aren’t able to see as they are probably rarely in attendance. These are our children, pay more money and go down the street to kindercare like we did. Bright and early is true to statement “ you get what you pay for”. 25 years ago they were wonderful. Now, not so much….im glad we are gone! Thank you for a terrible experience, guys!"

"Not sure who is the director or who works there, but every time I apply they always say no but I have my associates for early education. They always post they need help or need new staff but I am always denied rift after applying on indeed. Not sure who has the issue but that’s not professional. I called and got hung up on, called back and got sent to voicemail three times. I am lucky and blessed to find another daycare with better sanitation and caring workers as well as having a staff that cares for the children. Not a good look when everyone says the same thing or if you have an issue with someone that you never worked with and just know from “school” or bars . Weird."

"Returning to work after Maternity leave is very difficult, B&E Middletown really helped navigate that hard transition as a new parent of leaving your infant with people you are unfamiliar with. They provided constant communication and made us feel safe leaving our daughter in their hands. We moved 4 houses down from the Bright & Early in West Hartford, but we love the staff so much at the Bright & Early in Middletown that we would rather drive to Middletown and keep our daughter there than the convenience of walking to her to the West Hartford branch. Our daughter not only loves the staff but also the rock wall they have in the indoor gym. I can not recommend B&E Middletown enough! You won't be disappointed with the care they provide for your child."

"Where can I start....We switched our kids over to Bright & Early a year or so ago, never looked back. We love this early childhood center. Everyone is amazing. The director Kaitlyn and assistant director Jenn are truly special people. They go above and beyond for the families that are enrolled at the center. If every an issue arises, Miss Kaitlyn and Miss Jenn handle with wonderful professionalism and care. They are truly wonderful. I can't say enough wonderful things about them! The team they have at Bright & early are just as wonderful. Dropping your child off with anyone is hard and weighs heaving on a parent's heart, but this team ensures your worries are at ease. Just a wonderful place!!!"

"My daughter has attended Bright & Early for the last two years and they have truly been amazing! All of the teachers and staff are so helpful and attentive! They are so good with the children and make them feel so welcome! The transition when my daughter first started was extremely tough, but everyone was so caring and helped her adjust. Now she loves going and wants to stay longer! The way they work with the school system so that she can receive the services she needs has been so helpful. Also, they have handled everything wonderfully throughout Covid, keeping everyone safe and allowing the children to get the education that they deserve! My daughter will be going to kindergarten in the Fall and I know she is prepared thanks to Bright & Early!! We are going to miss her teachers and everyone so much!"
