"The store says open at 8 am online as well as directly on the store’s front door Mon-Fri. I arrived at 8:40am and the store was still locked. Employees were hiding in the back while I and another customer walked up to the doors, knocked and peeked in. Horrible experience. People who get up early and have other things to do during the day might find the early open convenient. It’s definitely an inconvenience to get to this location after the listed opening hours and it still be locked though. Very dissatisfied. Do not list this as the start time if it is not true or the employees do what they want. There was no notice of a late opening or anything listed."

"I go all the time. Staff is professional, stocked for the most part. In and out quick. Today standing in line I noticed how nasty the drinks refrigerator was. It’s nearly empty and you can see the racks are covered in mold.…. It’s Gross. Just needed my balloons."
