Creative Playtime Preschool

Creative Playtime Preschool, located at 200 Garfield Street in Newington, Connecticut, is a fully licensed institution that offers a dynamic and engaging learning environment for children ages 3-5. Our program follows the state’s Early Learning Standards and provides a variety of educational and recreational activities to help children develop important skills.

At Creative Playtime Preschool, students have the opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings of Newington, including visits to Mill Pond Park, the Lucy Robbins Welles Library, and the Mortensen Community Center Gymnasium. Our brand new classroom provides a safe and stimulating space for children to learn and grow.

We offer flexible scheduling options, including morning, afternoon, and full-day sessions, to accommodate the needs of busy families. Our hours of operation are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with drop-off and pick-up times specified for each session.

Please note that registration for our program is only accepted in person at the Newington Parks and Recreation office during normal office hours. We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Tuesdays from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. We do not accept online or phone registrations.
