"My mother called prior to her visit for a battery replacement. She was told btwn $10-$20. My mother has a very inexpensive watch. No Panerai or Chopard watch. The replacement took seconds. She was then charged the full $20.00. When asking why she was told "She had complicated watch". Really? Something complicated that took 5 second? Doesn't sound so complicated to me. What a crook - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"
