You could tell they were excited to be apart of this big life moment between their attention to detail and strong communication skills throughout the whole process - they made it easy for Adam and made me a very happy fiancé. I highly suggest everyone check them out for any of their special occasion or gift giving needs."

"Really nice sales women, terrible business. I got forced into paying for a repair they did preemptively, without being informed of the cost. And when I picked it up, they used a thinner chain I originally paid for, and the repair itself came out terrible. They didn't even bother polishing the joint they soldered, so it looks dull, bent and scratchy. The sales team was trying to be helpful but without a manager or jeweler there, they couldn't really do anything to fix the situation. I feel ripped off."

"I bought an sapphire engagement ring from this place a while ago for $2000 and the engagement ended. I went to multiple other jewelers only for them to tell me that I got severely ripped off and the ring is no where near worth the price that I paid for it. Turns out the ring is barely even worth $400 and the stones are low quality. I would recommend everyone stay away from this place as they probably have done this to numerous people by jacking up prices. Shame on you but also shame on me for paying so high. This is a big lesson learned from my part."
