I had been shopping for days for a specific gift only to find a lack of inventory after the holidays and sky high prices on what remained at every other jeweler. Commack Jewelry Exchange under the direction of John turned my shopping experience around. The store had plenty of selection even after a very busy holiday season. The personnel friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The prices were more than 50% less than any of the other stores I shopped. I will be back .There is no reason to shop elsewhere for my jewelry needs. ."

"My girlfriend bought a new watchband there and had watch battery replaced. She brought everything home for me to fix my watch the new band was made like garbage and just broke handling it gently. Ok. NP.. She goes to return band for replacement and the salesman was absolutely rude and gave her a refund but told her to never come back. That goes without saying. We would never come back under any circumstance. Thanks for nothing"

"Sammy’s jewelers is the BEST there is!!! He is truly talented and is an amazing craftsman when it comes to jewelry. He makes gorgeous jewelry and is also very trustworthy. I had him size my heirloom wedding ring which was from the 1940’s and is a original one of a kind my father had custom made for my mother when they got married. She had such a small ring size and no one was ever able to resize it for me until I met Sammy. He did an awesome job!!! No one can tell where he sized it. Now it will be passed down to my daughter and then my granddaughter. So they can wear it too. I can’t thank you enough Sammy!! I can now wear my mother’s wedding ring and treasure my memories of her each and every day!! He will now be my go to jeweler for all my family and friends. He is the 3rd booth on the left when you walk in."

My engagement ring stone was loose inside of the prongs for which it was originally set. John not only took his time to explain everything and why what was happening was happening, he did this multiple times throughout the whole process of having the ring rebuilt and fixed. He is also very honest about expectations and if something won’t work, he won’t do it. My engagement ring looks better than ever. We will be customers for life…love John, Kelly and Amanda I almost feel like we are family now ha ha. I highly recommend going there, you will not be disappointed."
