"Went as a guest to a birthday party over the weekend. Very fun experience! Even parents can bounce. Staff is everywhere to help and watch out for injuries. Plenty of fun things for kids and grownups to do. I would go again for their 21+ night. There is also bowling and a ton of arcade games. The manager Alan made sure the birthday party went smooth, shout out to Alan!"

"We had my daughter’s birthday at launch today and it was tons of fun for the variety of ages attending. Everyone on staff was very helpful and friendly! Elizabeth was assisting with our party and was wonderful with the kids and all together made it the least stressful party we’ve had. One of my guests even told me how it was the funnest kids birthday party she’s ever attended. We will definitely be going back again (also very much enjoyed the pizza and drinks- usually my daughters picky but she loved it) thanks for a lovely time :)"

"Great place for the kids. Food was average, but was fairly quick. Unfortunately, you have to buy their socks to jump. Not a bad arcade that the kids really enjoyed as well. Overall a very well run business."

Each party have perfect time jumping and private room party .. host and all Launch people are so nice .."

"Very awesome spot. Was pretty hectic but upon arrival and throughout the day. But it was also a rainy day and they are also still very new. Given the amount of people that were there, the staff all still did a great job. Tremendous actually. They had their work cut out for them for many reasons and still kept things moving fairly smoothly. I didn't see anyone not enjoying themselves among the crowd. Although we didn't eat, all the food I seen coming out looked really, really good. It took some time to get a few drinks (non alcohol).. that was when I seen all the food. An easier option to grab some quick drinks would be fantastic. But I'm sure all these things will be worked out over time. Perhaps another register taking orders when they get backed up. All in all it's a really good set up. Things are spaced out pretty well and the spread is pretty easy to navigate. You won't lose someone for too long if you're looking. Even with the second floor area. Everything was nice and clean. Lots of things to do, lots of options also. Good mix and match program. Plenty of activities and fun games. Easy card system makes things extremely convenient. I also noticed that the private parties being held were up in their own area. Kind of like their own floor almost. Really nice that those are more private than in some places. You're not all up in their party."
