"Terrible experience here yesterday and today. 3 days ago I bought a pair of earrings, then the next day came to return them because I decided to wear another pair. Went to return yesterday again but the store was closed (and during normal hours btw!). After waiting 30 minutes, still nobody would open. Today, I decided to come back to finally return the earrings, but the employee said I was unable to return and her boss just told her today “Halloween items are final sale” Nowhere in the store or on the receipt at the time of purchase did it say that Halloween items were final sale. Halloween hasn’t even happened, yet I am not allowed to return??? I’ve spent 2 days trying to return these unused, unopened earrings, but service has been either unavailable or unacceptable. Will be calling corporate."

"On this particular Friday I called in to check the hours and she said they close at 7:00 so I said I'd be coming in for a piercing. I arrived at 6:05 and the gate was already locked, although the posted hours clearly say 7:00. I knocked, and the clerk looks at me, shrugs her shoulders (like the shrug emoji) and says "Oops were closed." I tried them calling back and they didn't answer. And if that WASN'T BAD ENOUGH, I was browsing around the Stamford mall and was approached by security guards... APPARENTLY THEY LIED, AND SAID I HIT THE GATE WITH MY SKATEBOARD.....So not only are they lazy but also liars. I would not trust the employees at location with anything let alone a needle."

"Today is September 30th, been waiting for 45 mins for store to open. A clerk showed up at 11:35. Turned on lights walked around store is on cell phone. Counting money for 15 mins still hasn't oped door"

"Went there today to get kids ears pierced. We had a 8 month old, 11 year old and a 14 year old Jay was amazing she was so helpful and friendly . She was great with all the kids while also working the register . I hope Claire’s appreciates the work she does . Thank you Jay !!"

"I had a very bad experience with a manager name Ruth. She was VERY RUDE when I asked about a merchandise that was almost the same at another store but had different prices, all I said was “I might just go to the other store since it is a lower price” and she quickly replied “ Alright then go to the other store.” and turned her back towards me to continue her conversation with an employee working at Claire’s as well. when I asked for her name and look down at her name tag I could not believe she was a manager. I never had a bad experience at Claire‘s till now. Her face expression seem like she was bothered, she didn’t greet and it just made me feel so unwelcome. How RUTHless she was!!! This should handled by Claire’s CEO."
