"Very poor quality, I have been a bander for 30 years, I have worked with many companies and the quality is by far the worst, jewelry made in China of very low quality, horrible polishing, pieces that break, stones that fall or come broken, on top of that very expensive! Spending money on products from this company is wasting it and creating problems for you because late-in-the-day customers will make complaints, on top of that you write calls to ask for explanations and they don't respond or block, the worst "INVICTUS" jewelry I have ever seen, don't make the mistake of buying this! I DON'T GIVE LESS STARS BECAUSE YOU CAN'T, IN DEFINITELY A VERY BAD AND EXPENSIVE PRODUCT AND A COMPANY OF CARADURES, LIARS AND NOTHING PROFESSIONAL WHO ONLY INTERESTED IN SELLING AT ALL COSTS!"
"I've been a body piercer for 27 years. This is the worst experience I ever had buying jewelry. They screwed up my order 3 times. I was so aggravated that I finally just kept the wrong stuff . They never return calls. I had to keep calling to chase them down. It sounds like they all are stoned out of their minds when you speak to someone . Horrible experience, do not order from here."
